1. What is the return process?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, however, in certain circumstances you will have 60 days.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or lightly used, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
  •  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at homegoods@shabella.store. 
  • Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2298 Young Avenue # 446, Memphis TN 38104, United States. 
  •  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 
  •  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. How do you price returns?

We do not charge customers for upon arrival damaged, defective or wrong item merchandise. Shabella Decor and Home Goods will gladly refund or replace your items at no charge. All other situations will be charged $2.00 for return labels.
  • For each item, please indicate a reason for return using one of the Return Codes listed on the order form included in your package.
  • Attach your UPS return label to the outside of the package. There is no cost to use this label.
  • Drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. Please make note of your tracking number so that you are able to track it on it's way back to us.

3. Which countries do you ship to?

We are a United States based company located in Memphis, Tennessee. 
  • Our warehouses are located in the USA, CANADA, UNITED KINGDOM and CHINA. 
  • The US location have some products that do not ship outside the region, those products are only available for US residents. 
  • Our CAN and UK warehouse only deliver  to US residents. 
  • The CN location ships to the US and internationally.

 

4. Where is your store located?

We are a online based Decor, Home goods and Furnishing store. 
  • Our physical main office is located in Memphis, Tennessee. 
  • We accept returns and ship some exchanged products from our office. 
  • Customer service intake phone calls, answer emails, send/receive incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Merchandise is screened and evaluated.
  • Prices are being monitored daily for better cost for consumers.
  • Our support team regularly update discounts and sales items.

5. Does your store have payment plans or installment pay?

Yes. We have teamed up with Affirm which offer customers installment pay plans and our Shop payment plans based on approval.

  •  Can I return an item I bought with Affirm? Yes—you can return an item you bought with Affirm by initiating the return process with the store. 
  •  Does checking my eligibility affect my credit score? No—your credit score won’t be affected when you create an Affirm account or check your eligibility. If you decide to buy with Affirm, this may impact your credit score.

  •  Do I need a mobile number to use Affirm? Yes, you’ll need a mobile phone number from the U.S. or U.S. territories. This helps Affirm verify it’s really you who is creating your account and signing in.
